Enrolment Checklist

To be eligible for enrolment your child must turn five years old by 30th April of the year they are in Prep.
  • Parents attend an Open Day or make an appointment with the Principal for a school tour. Information about Holy Saviour school and initial enrolment form will be provided at the tour.
  • Individual interviews will be conducted for all new enrolment applicants. Times will be arranged by school admin staff or the Principal. Prep Transition dates will be provided at the interview.
  • A letter of acceptance will be sent after the interview to confirm your child’s enrolment.
  • A copy of your child's Baptism Certificate must be provided. This should be attached to your Enrolment Form.
  • At the time of lodging an enrolment application all new families will be required to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of $100.00 per family for administrative purposes.
  • An Immunisation Certificate must be provided for all children, prior to their commencement at school, this can be obtained from your local council.
  • Notice about Prep Transition sessions will be discussed during tours.
